He studied Accounting, Computer Science, Law and Social Law at Université Paris Diderot. He has a professional certification in Combating Money Laundering and the Financing of Terrorism & Proliferation (AML/CFT) in Banks from Riga Business School (RBS).
He has extensive experience in accounting and finance and is an expert in managing asset management fund for extremely high net worth client.
Mr. Mehraik served as Chief Accounting Officer of Oil Capital Ltd. (OCL) Inc. and of Banque de Participations et de Placements and as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Milshare Holding which owned and controlled banks in the Middle East and in the United States: Bank Al Mashrek (and its subsidiary Park Avenue Bank in New York), Credit libanais (which has total assets of $10 billion), Capital Trust Bank and First Phoenician Bank.
He holds 3.5% of Petrel Resources plc
