Matthew Steckel

‘Honorary President’ of Netoil, Matthew Steckel is an international investor and experienced corporate manager (in upstream and downstream oil and gas, banking and finance, and computerized design engineering for the oil and gas industry) who has had an active business career in the Middle East, Europe, Asia and the United States since the 1960s.

Mr. Steckel has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of a Swiss Bank operating in Geneva and Lugano.

Mr. Steckel was born and grew up in New York City. He financed his own way through mathematics and engineering universities in the United States before attending the London School of Economics on a scholarship and then attending Harvard Business School, where he earned his MBA in 1965.

He was Amministratore delegato (Ad) – Chairman & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Tamoil in Europe. He was also the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bank of the Commonwealth in the United States.

Philippe Cimamonte

‘Honorary Vice-President’ of Netoil, Philippe Cimamonte is based in Monaco.

After studying at the American International School in Nice (France), he started his real estate development career with national and international contractors such as Sacyr, Besix and Vinci in France and abroad and then became a private real estate developer in Menton and Nice on several prestigious programs.

He began his collaboration with Netoil and Roger Edward Tamraz fifteen years ago in the fields of energy (oil & gas fields and blocks, oil & gas pipelines, oil refineries, gas stations, petrochemical plants), banking, finance, construction, hotels and real estate. He is authorized to use the Netoil brand in Monaco for the various investments of Netoil and Roger Edward Tamraz.

To date, he manages the real estate development of the “La Crémaillère” program in Beausoleil, bordering Monaco, with 30,000 m2 comprising 320 apartments, 2,500 parking spaces, 1 hotel, a shopping center covering 10,000 m2. This ongoing program provides for delivery of this exceptional project in 2023.
